You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. When you hit with an attack using this magic blade, the target takes an additional 1d8 lightning damage. While attuned to this weapon, your speed increases by 5.
The sword has 3 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d4 expended charges at dawn.
Thunderclap. When you make a melee attack with this sword, you can expend 1 of its charges to use this ability. Any creature within 5 feet of you must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 thunder damage and is pushed 10 feet away from you. On a successful, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pushed. In addition, unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by the spell’s effect, and the spell emits a thunderous boom audible out to 300 feet.
Flash Of Lightning. Once a day, you can cast chain lightning (DC 14). When you do so, you teleport to a point adjacent to the spell’s last target. Moving in this way does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
