You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. When you hit with an attack using this magic blade, the target takes an additional 1d6 fire damage.

The dagger has 5 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d4 expended charges at dawn.

Spells. You can expend 1 or more of the dagger’s charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using a spell save DC of 14: heat metal (2 charges), flame blade (2 charges).

When casting flame blade using this weapon, the entire dagger turns into the flames of the spell, and all attacks made with this weapon only inflict the damage of the spell until the spell is dropped, at which point the weapon turns back into a dagger.

Searing Cut. You can expend at least 1 charge to activate this property. Upon doing so, the dagger begins to burn hot with a bright light and can cut through any non-magical metal or stone. The cut can be 5 feet long for each charge expended, and a maximum of 1 foot deep. It takes 1 round to make a cut 1 foot long.
